You will be responsible for the costs as specified by the insurance, ranging from IDR 500,000 to IDR 5,000,000. Any related costs, such as towing, repairs, and maintenance, will be charged to you. If theft occurs, a police report and an accident report from our office will also be needed.

Yes, our vehicles are covered by basic insurance, so if something happens to the vehicle, you will be required to pay a maximum cost of IDR 5,000,000.

Yes, you have the option to purchase premium insurance that covers scratches and dents on the vehicle. This insurance can be purchased from us when you rent the vehicle. However, it does not cover any loss or damage to the locks, wheels, windows, or vehicle chassis. Any costs resulting from such damage or loss will be fully charged to you.

If you plan to take the car outside of Bali, you must inform our company or staff beforehand and pay a fee of Rp. 250,000 per day for the original document while the vehicle is outside Bali. If the car is found outside Bali without prior notification, the renter will incur a fine of Rp. 500,000 per day for as long as the vehicle remains outside the island.

Yes, it is possible to rent a vehicle with a chauffeur. Please inform us in advance, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Yes, changes can be made up to 24 hours before pick-up or drop-off. However, if the new location is in a different area, an additional delivery fee will apply.
