1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of luxury vehicles from [Your Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By renting a vehicle, the Renter agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

• The Renter must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

• The Renter must have a valid credit card in their name for the security deposit and rental payment.

3. Rental Agreement

• A rental agreement must be signed by the Renter at the time of vehicle pickup.

• The rental period will be specified in the rental agreement and must be adhered to.

4. Payment

• The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee as specified in the rental agreement.

• A security deposit will be required at the time of rental, which will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection.

• Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, or additional mileage.

5. Vehicle Use

• The Renter agrees to use the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.

• The vehicle must not be driven off-road, used for racing, or driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• The Renter is responsible for all traffic violations and fines incurred during the rental period.

6. Insurance

• The Renter must provide proof of insurance coverage that meets the minimum requirements set by the Company.

• The Company offers optional insurance coverage for an additional fee, which the Renter may choose to purchase.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

• The Renter must report any mechanical issues or damages to the Company immediately.

• The Renter is responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or vandalism.

8. Fuel Policy

• The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.

• If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the Renter will be charged for refueling at the Company’s rates.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental.

10. Termination of Agreement

• The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the Renter violates any terms or conditions.

• In the event of termination, the Renter must return the vehicle immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the rental of the vehicle.

• The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the vehicle.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].

13. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Renter will be notified of any changes prior to the rental period.

14. Acceptance

• By signing the rental agreement, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
